राहुल गांधी छोटे और मध्यम व्यापारियों से मिले और जीएसटी पर चर्चा की - GST NEWS
कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने मंगलवार को दोपहर के भोजन पर देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों के छोटे और मध्यम वर्ग के व्यवसायों के व्यापारियों से मुलाकात की और अन्य मुद्दों के साथ-साथ माल और सेवा कर (GST) के कार्यान्वयन (Implementation) पर चर्चा की।
यह बातचीत लोकसभा चुनावों से पहले गांधी की आउटरीच पहल 'अपनी बात राहुल के साथ' का हिस्सा थी।
उन्होंने इस महीने की शुरुआत में दिल्ली, असम, महाराष्ट्र, केरल और उत्तर प्रदेश के सात युवाओं के एक समूह से मुलाकात की।
इस पहल को जारी रखते हुए, गांधी ने यहां आंध्र भवन में व्यापारियों से मुलाकात की।
सूत्रों के अनुसार, व्यापारियों ने गांधी के साथ जीएसटी से संबंधित समस्याओं पर चर्चा की, जिन्होंने उन्हें आश्वासन दिया कि जिन राज्यों में कांग्रेस की सरकार है, उनकी चिंताओं पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा।
गांधी जीएसटी के कार्यान्वयन (Implementation) पर सरकार पर हमला कर रहे हैं, इसे "गब्बर सिंह टैक्स" कहते हैं।
पिछले हफ्ते छत्तीसगढ़ में आदिवासियों के एक सम्मेलन में बोलते हुए, उन्होंने कहा था, "नोट बंदी के बाद, गब्बर सिंह टैक्स (GST) आधी रात को लाया गया, जिसने व्यापारियों के व्यापार को नष्ट कर दिया। सभी छोटे और मध्यम व्यापारियों को नुकसान उठाना पड़ा। कांग्रेस सत्ता में चुनी जाती है, हम इस कर को बदलेंगे और इसे 'सच्चा' (सच्चा) जीएसटी बनाएंगे।
